Please go through our terms of service before signing up for our services:

• Aadu Byte Digital will provide the services strictly agreed upon by the client for the term specified. Our tasks will cover all aspects of the concerned responsibilities. The scope of our services will be determined by client requirements agreed upon in our early discussions.
• Modifications may be required to the services offered depending on the changing needs and requirements but only after communication with the client.
• Aadu Byte Digital assures that it will administer all its tasks with utmost honesty, security, skill and punctuality, with a level of foresight and diligence expected from a person or a team of individuals in similar circumstances.
• For efficient rendering of services, it may be essential to have communication with the client’s concerned employees.
• Aadu Byte Digital is obligated to provide software solutions in a format the client can execute. Any third-party software will also be provided in an executable format. The client will be offered total support in using the software and absorbing it in their working process.
• Aadu Byte Digital maintains licensing rights of the software it has developed in-house.
• Aadu Byte Digital ensures compliance with all data protection laws of its country as well as the countries where its clients are based. Any data we use of our clients is encrypted and secured, is only collected for better serving them, and for research purposes.
• Aadu Byte Digital expects upfront payment for its software products and step-by-step payment at the specified stages for its long-term services. Any failure in payment within the prescribed time frame would cause our services to stop.
• In the normal course, our services can only be terminated after the earlier agreed upon date. Sudden termination, before the culmination of the agreement, would incur charges. In the absence of any proven inefficiency or insecurity on our part, our contract is not expected to be terminated before the agreed upon date. Sudden termination may also affect access to certain products, though not all.
• The client company must comply with Aadu Byte Digital rules and guidelines for better rendering the service, though it may differ from the former’s own rules and regulations.
